This acquisition, which will see Skydance's David Ellison become chairman and CEO, and former NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell take on the role of president, promises to reinvigorate the iconic Paramount brand.

Known for properties like CBS, Showtime, and Nickelodeon, Paramount is poised to thrive under Skydance's visionary leadership. The transaction is expected to close by the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approval.
