Animal Rights Activist Blasts L.A. for Ignoring Dog Abuse on Skid Row

Rebecca Corry, founder of the Stand Up for Pits Foundation, is calling out Los Angeles officials for turning a blind eye to disturbing abuse of dogs on Skid Row—including cases of animals being caged in extreme heat, injected with drugs, and subjected to violence.
