Andy Warhol Returns to L.A. With Frieze Week Pop-Up in DTLA
As Frieze Art Fair brings the global art world to Los Angeles, the Andy Warhol Foundation is unveiling “Andy WarhoLA,” a downtown pop-up featuring more than 100 photographs the artist shot in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. Installed inside an oversized Brillo Box at Dover Street Market, the exhibition nods to Warhol’s landmark 1962 Campbell’s soup can debut at Ferus Gallery and runs through March 12.

Netflix Walks Away From Warner Bros. Discovery Bidding War
Netflix has officially withdrawn from the high-stakes battle to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery, declining to raise its original $82.7 billion offer after Paramount Skydance submitted a revised $111 billion bid. Co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters called the deal no longer financially attractive, signaling a major shift in the corporate showdown. The proposed acquisition now heads toward regulatory review in the U.S. and Europe as Paramount seeks approval for what Warner has described as a superior offer.

Lisa Rinna Says She Was Drugged at West Hollywood Premiere Party
Lisa Rinna claims she was drugged with fentanyl while attending the January premiere party for The Traitors at The Abbey in West Hollywood. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said she had fentanyl and high levels of amphetamines in her system and was helped out of the venue by her husband Harry Hamlin and costar Colton Underwood. The Abbey says it conducted an internal review and found no evidence of drink tampering.
