Epstein Emails Raise New Questions About Obama Counsel and 9/11 Law
Newly released emails from the Justice Department’s Epstein files are raising questions about former Obama White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler and her possible role in discussions surrounding the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act. The law allowed 9/11 families to sue Saudi Arabia, and some victims’ relatives now want Congress to examine whether Epstein worked with Saudi officials and prominent lawyers to delay or undermine the legislation. Ruemmler, who recently left Goldman Sachs, is expected to testify before the House Oversight Committee as investigators dig deeper into Epstein’s network and its potential ties to U.S. policy.

Prosecutors Push Timothy Busfield to Reveal Defense Strategy in Sex Crime Case
Prosecutors in New Mexico are asking a judge to require actor and director Timothy Busfield to disclose whether he plans to argue an alibi or claim he was set up as he fights four counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor. The allegations stem from Busfield’s work directing the TV series The Cleaning Lady, where twin child actors say he inappropriately touched them when they were seven years old. Busfield has denied the accusations and previously said he intends to fight the charges. A scheduling conference in the case is set for March 10 in Bernalillo County.
Broadway in Hollywood Reveals 2026–2027 Season at the Pantages
Broadway in Hollywood has unveiled its 2026–2027 lineup at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre, featuring several acclaimed musicals making their Los Angeles debut.
