LA Homeless Services Agency Settles $800K Misconduct Claims
The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has quietly paid $800,000 to settle whistleblower claims against its CEO, Dr. Va Lecia Adams Kellum. The allegations, brought by two former senior officials, include crony hiring, destroyed records, and retaliation against staff who raised concerns.
