Federal authorities say a second suspect has been arrested in connection with last month’s deadly car bombing outside a Palm Springs fertility clinic. The FBI alleges the duo, driven by nihilistic beliefs, used a recipe similar to the one from the 1995 Oklahoma City attack and practiced assembling the explosive device in a Twentynine Palms garage.
