South Park Drags Kristi Noem as LA Erupts Over Controversial DHS Raid

Metro Honors Nipsey Hussle With Limited Edition TAP Cards for His 40th Birthday

California’s EV Carpool Lane Access Set to End Sept. 30 Without Federal Renewal

California’s Clean Air Vehicle Decal program—which lets electric and hybrid vehicle drivers use carpool lanes—is set to expire on September 30 unless Congress renews federal authorization. The change, affecting 13 states, could disrupt EV adoption and traffic incentives unless lawmakers act swiftly. State efforts to extend the program are in place, but without federal approval, EV stickers will no longer grant HOV access starting October 1.

Brandon Blackstock, Former Husband of Kelly Clarkson, Dies at 48

Brandon Blackstock, talent manager and ex-husband of Kelly Clarkson, has died at the age of 48 after a private, years-long battle with cancer. Clarkson postponed her Las Vegas appearance to be with their children, River and Remington. Blackstock, who also managed artists like Blake Shelton and Rascal Flatts, is survived by four children and a grandson.
