Menendez Brothers Seek to Disqualify L.A. District Attorney Ahead of Resentencing

The Menendez brothers are asking a judge to remove the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office from their upcoming resentencing proceedings, citing conflicts of interest that they argue could prevent a fair hearing.
